Accelerating The Vision
Dear Oasis City Church Family, What an incredible two years it has been! Brooke and I are in awe of all God has done in and through our church. We’ve seen lives transformed through over 200 baptisms, salvations, marriages restored, baby dedications, children growing in faith, and young people discovering their identity in Christ. God has brought thousands through our doors, and together, we’ve given over
$40,000 to church planting, supported BSU students, single parents, the homeless, and prison ministry. We’ve launched Junior High ministry, marriage and discipleship courses, and so much more. Today, we’re excited to introduce LEGACY-our annual vision offering. LEGACY represents what we give to build for generations to come. The legacy of God’s Kingdom is bigger than us, goes beyond us, and yet includes us. It’s about building His Kingdom, His Church, and His People. As we step into this next season, we aim to raise $500,000 for LEGACY 2025 to reach people locally, nationally, and internationally, while expanding our church home to create space for more families. Local
Oasis City is a church IN, OF, and FOR the city of Boise and the Treasure Valley. We want to strategically invest our resources, influence, and manpower into various outreaches and by partnering with nonprofits throughout the region each year.
This year, our focus is to generously sow into Foster + Heart.
National
We are honored to partner with national organizations to further our reach across America. Through our relationships, we are planting churches, meeting needs, and expanding the Kingdom across the country.
We want to heavily invest into church planting through Orchard Group, Strategic Launch Network, + Association of Related Churches.
Global
We believe that there are places our resources will go that our feet never will.
We are overjoyed to partner with missionaries and international ministries to reach people with the love of Jesus in practical ways.
Our support will directly reach World Compassion Ministries for Bible distribution, refugee relief, and church planting around the world.
Faith For the Future
Our Faith For the Future fund exists to ensure that we are not only looking forward, but leveraging our resources to ensure that we can meet needs and respond to opportunities that arise. This focus allows us to dream big, risk wisely, and step boldly into what the Lord has for us as a church.
As we continue to grow and expand our ministries, we’re praying through what moving into a permanent space would look like. Whether it’s building on our own ground or building out space on a lease, we know the time has come to be ready to say “yes” when an opportunity arises. A permanent home would allow us to create dedicated spaces where children can deepen their faith, youth can embrace their identity in Christ, and the next generation can experience God’s presence in transformative ways. This step is essential to equipping and empowering the future leaders of our church and community.

FAQs
How much are we raising?
Our goal is to raise $500,000 together to accomplish this year’s LEGACY vision.
Is LEGACY different from the tithe?
Yes. The tithe is the first 10% of our income to the church, which funds the day-to-day operations, facilities, ministries, and staffing. LEGACY is our offering, which is generosity to the church for larger visionary goals and needs inside and outside of the church.
When should I give to LEGACY?
Once you’ve decided on your radical generosity goal, we encourage you to pray over those funds and then join in on giving TOGETHER on March 2nd, 2025, when we receive the LEGACY offering during each of our Sunday services.
Who should give to LEGACY?
Every person who calls Oasis City Church home. From the youngest to the most seasoned, we believe God is calling us all to participate.
What are some ways I can raise funds for LEGACY?
• Sell stock or crypto to donate funds
• Donating property, investments, and other assets to the church
• Cutting back on personal spending to save towards giving
• Financial contributions from a business
• Invite people outside the church to give who have similar missional passions
• Creative personal fundraisers
• Talk to friends, family, business owners or partners to give as a tax deduction
